Between 12:32 and 12:41 288,000 shares were sold, the last was a block of 120,200 @1/8. I have put a call to the company to find out what's going on. As usual, Carl Conte is in New York. Left a message for both Conte and Logan. If I get a call back (I'm not hold my breath), I will post. The block could be related to DEALER DIRECT CORP. which registered 250,000 144 shares with SEC couple of weeks ago. ajs
