I question that as a buy at 5. Interest rates up, Book value means nothing. Look at FP Delisted with a great Book value and trading around 50 cents. AMMB is hurting right now. May be buy at mid 3. Stockholders have lost faith in management. Lutz estimated earning would be great when in fact they stink.
