STRUTHERS UPDATE TO ALL...6/10/99 (From Raging Bull)
GLENN STRUTHERS is the brother of Ron Struthers - not the son (as I incorrectly stated yesterday)
He has a reputation worldwide as a genius when it comes to genetics and Hogs. He is viewed to have what is arguably the very best herd in the WORLD! (Which STRU now has the rights to.)
GLENN was NEVER on the board of the OLD STRUTHERS. GLENN is NOT on the board of the NEW STRUTHERS!!! His dishonest and dishonourable brother (RON) did publish (a lie) that Glenn was on the board. This is because Ron honestly couldn't find his butt with both hands and a map when it came to Hog herds and genetics. He NEEDED Glenn, and he screwed him royally!
There are details here and with regard to the financial dealings of the old company that I cannot elaborate on. I will probably put some of these facts together, but will then get approval before posting them so that I do not endanger the legal action that is in the process of being examined with regard to Ron, Jason and Paul - of the OLD company. I will be very surprised if you don't see Ron Struthers - at the least - and probably Jason Struthers and Paul Alcott behind bars at some point in the future.
It should be again noted that the NEW managment of the NEW company has treated the OLD investors completely fairly and with INTEGRITY - as attested to by 6 different OLD investors that have contacted me and thanked me for my posts to this board.
Furthermore, the real BRAINS that started Struthers in the first place was Stan and Elizabeth (Beth) Struthers. (Parents to Ron & Glenn) Beth was particularly brilliant with regard to genetics. Unfortunately she is now deceased and will never see the dream become areality. Stan, however, is alive and has given his total endorsement to the NEW company and team. Stan is, by the way, an amputee and Purple Heart recipient.
LET THERE BE NO DOUBT, by the way, that some of the mindless and angry bashing that we have seen on this board is DIRECTLY related to members of the OLD MANAGEMENT TEAM in some way!!! (Hello guys! I know you are reading this!)
THERE IS NO LEGAL ACTION WHATSOEVER PENDING WITH THE NEW COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT. ANY POTENTIAL LEGAL ACTION IS RELATED ON A MORE PERSONAL LEVEL TO OLD MANAGEMENT TEAM PEOPLE.
With regard to the freaking Pork Expo that some of you can't pull your head out of your rear end about...
STRU may or may not have a person there. It isn't necessary AT ALL at this point with all that STRU already has in process!! The TAIL MAY WAG THE DOG in Washington, but it ain't gonna do it in the BUSINESS WORLD!
STRUTHERS is a "very important tail", but the companies they are dealing with represent ONE HELL OF A "BIG DOG."
There ARE people at the Pork Expo that STRU is dealing with. These companies have reason to NOT want their STRU RELATIONSHIP details released just yet. AND, we are talking MAJOR PLAYERS.
I won't be surprised if the FIRST press release we see about contracts DOES NOT COME FROM STRU!!!! IT MAY VERY WELL COME FROM THE OTHER COMPANIES FIRST!!! AND THEN STRU WILL MOST LIKELY RESPOND WITH THEIR OWN POSITIVE RELEASE!!!
If you have ANY COMPREHENSION of how business is done, you will understand the logical reasoning of the above. IT WOULD BE A MISTAKE for STRU to release information PRIOR to receiving the OKAY from any of these other companies!!! These other companies have their reasons for wanting to wait for their own specific time-table to release this information. THIS IS A COMPETITIVE INDUSTRY, and there is a whole lot of stuff behind the scenes that is going on with STRU.
I am SICK of the infantile people that can't get over this lack of a "display" or whatever by STRU at the PORK EXPO. GET A FREAKING CLUE folks. If you had some experience in the real business world you could understand this!!!
AS STRU IS ALREADY IN CONTACT and/or NEGOTIATIONS with the major players, then they DON'T NEED to display at the Pork Expo - or even to send a representative (though they may).
And, if these same companies have said.."WAIT UNTIL WE TELL YOU" before releasing any contract news or details, then STRU is going to WAIT - in spite of the incessant, infantile ramblings that sometimes take place on this board from investors that think STRU must JUMP when we say so!!!
Sorry, I am sure that sounded a bit harsh, but it is true!!!
There are a few major, seasoned investors involved with STRU. Some of you will write this off as BS from me, and that is okay. But, one of the top securities lawyers in the United States happens to be a STRU shareholder. I'm not mentioning his name, but it is a fact! So, hang me out to dry if you will, but it is true.
Yellowtail, OoohFah, Bottomline1 and others - many of you have had serious concerns about STRU. I can appreciate substantive discussion and even disagreement among "friends." You may choose to consider what I have said. You can give it some weight, or write it off.
If you don't believe in this company, I suggest you sell now. And, I wish you luck! STRUTHERS will survive quite nicely without you. This is much bigger than you or me or this message board.
504 profit takers, short-sighted and short-term shareholders. Go baby go!!! Trade your shares now for pennies profits. Let'er dip if she is going to dip. I'd rather not see it, but I really don't freaking care in the larger picture.
This company's share price is going in ONE direction in the weeks and months to come, and that is a BIG UP!!!
So, if you are nervous, if the bashers are getting to you, if you see a "communist under every bed" - (ie. a negative suspicion about STRU no matter WHAT they do) or if you played the market with grocery money that you shouldn't have played with in the first place...
Goodbye and goodluck! I will lend you my own boots here in a matter of weeks so that you can KICK YOURSELF in the squarely in the butt for missing what could have been the best investment you've ever made.
Perhaps I wrote a little more aggressively this morning than some would like. LOL I am sorry if that is the case. I just wanted to go ON RECORD and VERY STRONGLY in direct opposition to some of the BS that has been posted here about the Pork Expo and the recent News release, etc. :)
