I have tried to find out about Pan Chiao by going to search engines but I have struck out.

I went to the patent office site and also struck out for any listing of Chyane Yan Enterprises Co., Ltd. or any derivative as an assignee name.

...Chyane Yan Enterprises Co., Ltd. owns the rights and the patent for the "Air/Combustion Enhancer Kit" after purchasing them from an American inventor....
