re: good action in price today: possible reasons include:

1) the Mercata press release. This shows that PA intends to use Gnet to bring his other ventures to the internet consumer. Watch for Datek in the future.
2) Presentation at Paine Webber conference. Second wave of upward activity could be result of break-out session.
3) Management made one-on-one presentations to financial institutions in New York Mon-Wed. Understand these went well. These boys usually
have to have a few committee meetings before they decide to buy.
4) Recent addition of GNET as a presenter at the Piper Jaffrey conference next week (conf. 14th-17th, but don't know when GNET presents.
