Jim: I agree with a lot of your points but the market is indicating something is not right. My take on I2O is with two competing standards it will be similar to the 56k and 56x modem. Until v90 was agreed to the market stagnated. While WIND may benefit from either standard we may not see significant royalty until there is one standard. IBM's time frame for NGIO is the 2nd half of next year. This might have something to do with WINDs price. JMO Tim
