book was received today and i'm VERY satisfied. they have included a pen with the book instead of the page bookmark "don't sweat the small stuff." it's a gift and my second order to my address (i didn't check with the gifts that were sent directly) so maybe they didn't want to give me the same item again. i wish to able to communicate that i liked the page bookmark better since it was cuter. i like the company and i don't know how long i can stay out of the stock (bid-ask: 7 5/8-13/16 @15:36:51). as far as i know, bamm doesn't advertise, which will save a lot. and word-to-mouth is much more powerful than any advertising gick. marty
