TLC,
One thing about the English language that confuses me continuously is the excessive use of --Acronyms. While not necessarily incorrect, [I believe, BWDIK], it feels as though I am reading some secret code of either space alien nature, or old Mayan origin.
To mention a few:
If you think that investing in stocks of the NYSE, AMEX or NASDAQ, bears no greater risk that playing in a casino, this is relative.
To what you may ask ?
Well, think in terms of "investing" in the bb market aka the flea market. In this paradise for desperado rogues, Canadian shorts, and OSR, (other sundry rats), the hero-investor-soon-to-be-considered... well, a VLTS, (very long term sucker), has little chance of success.
Such attempt at wealth creation, is equal to giving one's hard earned cash to supporting cousin Pancho dba I am a crook, in his latest mining venture in the Sierra Madre for gold, silver, and other DCPM, (dubiously considered precious metal).
Incredibly, people do this in an attempt, sometimes futile, to stay ahead of the CPI. Never fully comprehending the fact that we all are at the mercy of a very secretive organization, which in some people's mind, it is considered evil, and although it is widely observed, no one really understands it: The FED. Controlled by the Supremo of all times, AG.
Then again, it is comforting to know, that our Super Hero, cOUSIN SHORTY is there to assist us, not only in identifying the really extreme crooks of the bb universe, but in the outstanding job he does in the very difficult business of newsletter writing.
Notwithstanding the effort it takes to read his damned style !!
