You mean Zabcik, Werber, Walsh AND Bietsch ALL filed 144's??? Oh my GOD!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES . . . . Oh, wait, I've never heard of any of them . . . never . . . maybe they're just investors looking for the right to trade their stock . . . wait . . . it doesn't say they've actually sold yet. BTW, why not be honest and point out that over 70% of the 144's were filed when ATG's stock was on the rise and significantly lower than it is even today, after a two day clobbering earlier this week. In short, your precious 144's seem to have done nothing to affect the price.

Also, I've been offered the opportunity to get into private placements where I have no clue what it is I am being asked to invest in - I have turned them down, mind you (thinking of one or two right now actually) but being in on a private placement may mean nothing more than that your broker works for the company that's helping a start-up raise capital, and that you qualify as accredited. Where's the beef?? Where are the true insiders who you claim are selling (leaving out Blohm's 10% and Eprile, who's gone)??

Doc - I thought you said you boxed at 13 -- how can your short basis be over 16?
