Lola, when people lose money, there hard earn money they want to place blame on others, and believe you me they will do everything possible to get 'even' with the person/persons involved in anyway with a particuar stock. Even though everyone advocates that they should be using risk capital, most do not. Take for example BII, some guy bought it on margin at like 25 dollars or so, but don't quote me on it, and it fell to $12. The news eventually was in all papers, and i am damn sure that the OSC and SEC got an earful from this guy, his lawyers, etc. You have to be careful when you have influence over other people, especially in the stock markets.
BTW Tokyo joe also fully disclosed his positions but he got investigated anyways. |
