The shorts are really after CLTR. Of course CLTR has given them some ammunition. I think there is a good likelihood they will meet the June 30 deadline. Essentially they have scrapped the rolling filing and are going to file the entire BLA. Sounds confusing. It is but at the end of the day Smith Kline is standing behind these guys and the manufactuing issues for a emerging company that is outsoucing two separate components are substantial.
