Alliance Trophy Club, Inc. $630,000 Kaleidoscope Home Sold
June 9, 1999 - Alliance Trophy Club, Inc., (OTC BB: ALLT) is pleased to announce the sale of its custom home under construction that will be displayed at the Greater Fort Worth "Kaleidoscope of Homes" show that starts August 28th. The home had a list price of $630,000 and was sold for approximately that amount.
Last years show had 37,000 people attend and nine out of the ten custom built homes on display were sold within the first two weeks after the show ended. This year, it's projected that 50,000 people will attend and Alliance Trophy Club, Inc. will be one of five builders with custom homes on display.
This year's show will be held in "The Estates of Hogan's Glen", a part of the Trophy Club development in Denton County, Texas. This gated residential village is located along the championship golf course designed by Ben Hogan which creates a master-planned community with the recreational advantage of a world-class golf club. The advertising budget for the 1999 show has increased dramatically and will include sponsors such as; The Trane Company, KitchenAid, TU Electric/Lone Star Gas Company, Bank of America, The Home Depot, Tom Thumb, Southwestern Bell Wireless, CBS Promotions Group, Marcus/Charter Communications and the Star Telegram.
"Selling this home so far ahead of schedule is a tremendous positive for the company both for exposure as well as financially," stated Lance White, President of Alliance Trophy Club. "This should allow us to book these revenues in fiscal year 1999 which will put us ahead of schedule for our 1999 year end projections."
Alliance Trophy Club, Inc. with it's wholly owned subsidiary, White Castle Custom Homes, is a builder of single family custom homes, principally in Denton County, Texas, a suburb of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
