Silver, this is only my guess. After OOL demonstrates that it has the ability and technologies to complete the Chinese contract, then the North American market would see OOL is truly an e-commerce technology company. OOL have something, the Chinese contract, to show that it can do it. Financing wise, I have no doubt the Chinese venture can be funded one way or the other. A little bit dilution for future success is not so bad. CNBC just mentioned revenue from e-commerce is about the same as the auto industry in the state. So, think about the position OOL would be in if it become the dominant player in Asia. Regards/
