Well, I just could not resist the price so I bought 4,000 shares of OCR at $18.00.

I figure that even if it goes down a little more, we still bought it at the cheap--you at 19 1/4 and I at 18.00. This will require some patience waiting for Clinton's health bill to sort itself out.
