BFX recorded net income of CDN$1,158,992 in the 12 months ending Dec. 31, 1996 a figure up 888% over the previous fiscal year. This represents earnings of CDN$0.13 per share, up from just CDN$0.01 in 1995. Net sales increased to CDN11,664,313 in the 1996 fiscal year from CDN$6,535,700 in 1995. The yearend results also highlighted a rise of 66% in BFX cash position to CDN$1,717,521 in cash and cetified deposits from CDN$1,035,067 in 1995. " The company increased its lead-to-sales conversion rate by 25% in 1996 and, with a new North American Infomercial advertising campaign about to begin, Bow Flex is set to increase its already booming sales through 1997", said BFX Pres. I just spoke with Rod Rice and he is expecting another record quarter. I think the public is not yet aware of the success BFX is having, but that should soon change IMHO. MH
