Something called RSVN is coming in a ipo around the 21st. Some kind of i-net reservation thing. Check price of OBCI. A very small amount of buying has brought the price up, at the end of the day. Maybe someone has a plan for it? Last time we had it, it ran to 2 or so, and with the 1.2 mil. float, you know how it can move. Just an observation, but it has had zero action for months, so any kind of buying near the close makes me wonder. Keep an eye on it.
