I've owned shares of MGG (mgm grand) for some time now, and after the close today (43 1/8) the following announcement was made:

MGM Grand Announces $50 Per Share Cash Tender Offer for Up to 6 Million Shares To Complete its 12 Million Share Stock Repurchase Program

Would you:
A - sell at 50?

B - hold on, assuming that mgg is buying back at 50 because they believe the share price will go higher?
