RE: Exchange amalgamation... Actually I think it would be a great idea... VSE has really toughened up on rporting policies... I don't know if many of u use SEDAR but the Form 60's that VSE company's have to file every quarter are great... The companies have to list all their options and at what price they are granted at, financial status and any changes in corporate affairs.... BCSC Insider reports are available on all VSE listed companies at no charge...Try and get one from the TSE and or the ASE... IMHO, it's going to have lots of advantages for us little guyz (promoter's <gggg>)... ...ed
