Morgan Stanley reiterates their outperform rating after today's successful launch with a 1999 price target of 25 and 2000 of 30. They also reiterated the following: WE THINK OUR ASSUMPTIONS FOR THE MSS SUBSCRIBER UNIVERSE ARE CONSERVATIVE, AND BELIEVE IF THE MSS MARKET EXCEEDS OUR TINITIAL EXPECTATIONS, THE POTENTIAL FOR GLOBALSTAR INVESTORS COULD BE EXTRAORDINARY."
