Dear Scarecrow.....we are talking about alerting investors of missing estimates.

All companies do this. Those who don't show poor management and even worst relations with its shareholders.

They knew about this before hand yet they didn't pre-announce.....this is not acceptable.

Ask anyone in WallStreet......action like this is extremely frowned upon.

You can't argue the point that pre-announcement should have taken place. That is the whole purpose of pre-announcing.
