The initial share price must now be over 4.00 for a NASDAQ listing. Several million in liquid assets. Min share requirements that we easily meet. I can see it happening in 18 months to three years. Fully reporting status will happen this fall, when yearly results are released. Many fund managers, individual investors, etc. will not consider a stock that is not fully reporting; a great time to be slowly accumulating.
