Patrick,

Do you really think that Brocade would turn down the deal or
do you think Sun told them to put their "best shot" (margins, etc) on
the line. Brocades best shot was not good enough do to Ancors cost
advantage, technology advantage and stock price at the current time.

Even Roy would have to admit that Ancor "WON" the deal and Brocade
couldn't compete with the low prices and advantages Ancor put on
the Table.
