Just spoke to Mike McCoy of Hormel in Austin, MN. I wanted him to confirm or deny the rumor that Hormel is in talks (or had been in talks) with Struthers, Inc.

Mike said that he had contacted several people in the company to get a response to my inquiry and stated to me that Hormel is not in any negotiations (and has not been in any negotiations) with Struthers, Inc.
