This would be great, accept the question: how will funds be generated for 51% interest in STL to close the agreement? I think this is very important question. Positive answer could establish true value in reflection to company's business growth potential. Ubid.com and bid.com even gem are good example of possibilities of creating value over night. Having customer making sales of US$1M per day without online auction site it is quite appealing already, internet opens markets and increase sales in most cases, yet that is just one customer. Let's wait and see.
