You're right about the signup strategy. I was only talking about Germany. There AOL is extremely expensive in comparison to other ISPs. They need to set up new contracts with Deutsche Telekom for cheaper access to the local phone network. Hope they get this problem solved soon. The issue will be decided in court this summer if I recall it correctly. We'll see. I heard AOL then wants to introduce a flat rate. Hope so. They really need it. I'm long AOL and continue to be for the next years.
