Good job checking out the rumor...The source of the rumor was totally unreliable so most of us didn't put much faith in it anyway. I am surprised Mike actually told you that there were no talks in progress. The topic of negotiations is usually never confirmed or denied until companies are actually ready to go public. It was nice of him to let you in on the info.
I am looking forward to more PR's from STRU or better yet, PR's from the Major Companies they are dealing with on future relations.
