i'd partially agree... the uk's rate cut certainly wasn't a good thing for the euro, though. and, quite frankly, i don't think the war pushed the euro down as much as you might be giving it credit. i still think we'll see a strong erp rebound, but so many forces can keep it down for a while... greg
