Good question,first off the company has Antec (ANTC nasdaq)as a 22%stakeholder in the company so they are seeing products in the U.S. Basically the new CEO wants to make sure he has a couple og quarters of profits in before doing some sort of acquisition. Focused on growth areas not more in distribution. Stirling which is their connector division they manufacture. This has much greater margins and the prospects for high growth are realistic. This company from a technical standpoint looks to breakout at 3 1/8 should see a sharp move if this is attained. Good luck to all, and let's keep this board insightful and look to bring others in. I currently am long 10,000 at a cost of 1 3/8. Let me know if you are a shareholder currently there are 6.45 million with 51% owned by ATV and 22% owned by ANTC currently 1.6 million in the float.
