absolutely. i'm currently long cmgi and a big fan of their strategy, but one has to be heavily medicated to expect this stock to trade higher tomorrow and the immediate short term. this stock will probably selloff and then stay flat for the next quarter which sucks for traders like me. they definitely should have preannounced. a shareholder lawsuit over this little incident, although extreme, wouldn't surprise me.
