Welllllll I had the butcher special cut 3 steaks for me this afternoon. One is a NY strip 1 1/2 thick for the wife and another for my young son- a small filet and then finally one for the host- a ribeye cut 14 inches thick (how long should I cook that?). The grill is going as I type this and the wife is bitching because I'm typing instead of cooking but I thought I would make a contribution to the BBQ thread any way.<g> fiery-foods.com Vendit smokin
