OT OT I need help - what does it mean when MMs do not fill orders - like you place an order for 10000 shares of stock - the limit you put on your bid is their exact ask; or you even give them an extra .005 per share and they DO NOT FILL THE ORDERS; had three open limit orders standing all day 10 grand, 15 grand and 10 grand - not one block was taken - and the blocks were offered at the highest ask of the day. What does this mean? I'm waiting here for an answer,
