Tom However, what is the density of a Ribeye and what is the diameter of your steak? It weighs approx 7.26924 pounds give or take the air humidity and it's diameter is just a tad over 27 inches in the long direction and about 33 inches in the other direction. I sure hope you can help me as I don't want to screw this piece of meat up!
