CompUSA May Undergo Change or Become Buyout Candidate, BW
Says

Dallas, June 10 (Bloomberg) -- CompUSA Inc., the largest U.S. retailer of personal computers, could revamp itself as a technology superstore or become an acquisition for a big office- supply store, an unnamed New York money manager told Business Week's ''Inside Wall Street'' column. The company has hired investment advisers to help it devise a plan and could be valued $16 a share in a buyout. It also could cut its exposure to low- margin PC sales and focus on digital products, said Arvind Bhatia, a Southwest Securities Inc. analyst.
