Christine - it looks like the White House is adopting a Mad Magazine, What Me Worry?, philosophy. [what's the emoticon for tongue-in-cheek?] Hmmm... do we have to have a grammar school lesson in the proper use of tense? I believe the proper tense is "has adopted"... No can we move onto the more serious matters like the correct definition of "is"? Disgusted in Boston! - David
