Michael your timing could not have been worse. CPU is in play.

Shorts will cover tomorrow. Expect a big upside move. Evidently the buyout stories are true. Buy more.

The company has hired investment advisers to help it devise a plan and could be valued $16 a share in a buyout.

You don't hire investment advisors unless the board has given verbal approval to "explore strategic alternatives", re; buyout. I'll take $16 - still low relative to its long term potential but fair enough based on its current and weak bargaining position.

Also, become an acquisition for a big office- supply store

Note - the NY money manager did not say box-maker. A Staples or Office Depot makes a lot of sense - especially Staples. If it is a buyout it will come from a retailer not an OEM. Are we clear on this now?
