MDHM management and NPEC (plus there may be shares held in treasury) own a significant number of shares in Medinah Gold thanks to the dividend. Plus once the short investors are identified, the company will then know who is short MDHM and can take legal or SEC action against them and their brokers. Seems to me that the company and it's executives have the most to gain so I would be surprised if they do not head the action. If you know something different, please let me know. Ken
