Kevin Smith, Ascend Communications, Inc. - Occupation\TitleSenior Technical Support Engineer. Kevin, thanks for the post of info. However, Mory Ejabat still was "overly exuberant" when he stated last Nov. that "Ascend will be the first to deliver 56K to the desktop". Furthermore, the press release in which he stated that was specifically timed to flatten a rally in USRX stock following earnings report. And Mory was wrong, Ascend will not be the first. USR has already delivered 56K first. I still do not appreciate CEO's putting out statements which are not in their power to fulfill, seeing as how Ascend is dependent on ROK for chips. DK
