OK..I am the Chef here..I make a kickin teriyaki marinade that I put on everything and anything..
Fresh Ginger (Crushed)
Garlic Cloves (crushed)
Scallions (chopped)
Regular Teriyaki
Tad of Dry Mustard

Pour over Beef, Chicken or Fish 1/2 hour prior to grilling...You can baste as you go...It is wonderful...
