Not a chance. Indeed, it will be particularly gratifying to find posts from that thread to dissect here.

BTW, why are we so fixated on "lab"? Why not simply "Grammar, spelling, and style," or if we need some closure to the phrase, "Grammar, spelling, and style thread"?

BTW(2), in our discussion of placement of punctuation, I don't recall our discussing question marks. Periods and commas, we agreed (with Joan capitulating somewhat less gracefully than Milosovic has), always go inside, semicolons and colons go outside, and parentheses are placed depending on the context. But what about question marks? In the paragraph above I put them outside the quotation marks. But I'm not going to defend that assiduously if there is a compelling reason to confess error.
