Big Guy,

You did right decision. IPO stocks always have 5-15% premium for the brokerage firm who brought the stocks to the market. It will take a while for market to absorb it. Many stock has to go down before making new highs again. I think the interest rate is the key at here. This stock can get hit very hard if interest rate goes up another 0.25%. I will watch the move of interest rate of 30 year-bond very carefully.

you can see the CRB index is creeping back to 192 and testing 3-month high. Gold stocks refuse to go down despite BOE announced selling 20 tons of gold, and sliding of price of gold. All of these are important critical signs. These correlations are so called intermarket technical analyses. I would rather miss a point or two instead of getting into much bigger trouble later. We have to be extremely cautious at this moment. Take care.

Sincerely,
Wade
