I agree that this requires an explanation.

I do not have the sense that Joe has a satisfactory explanation in hand for the continued delay. Nor do I know what would be gained by openly admitting that fact on the FAQ.

OTOH, if he did know the reason and withheld it from the shareholders, that would be material. I also think it would be out of character for him. And I don't know what he could gain by doing it.

Thus, I am sure he is more frustrated and upset than the rest of us because he is responsible to us and for us and knows it and still can't do anything about it.

If the revenues continue to increase and the rest of the plan goes well, then at some point we either trade publicly or perhaps Joe takes the company private and sells it off,or pursues any of several other alternatives. The only true harm that is being done is to our personal liquidity and Joe's timetable and to our sense of fairness and propriety. There is potential harm if Joe can't pay off the converts or pursue other deals, but if the numbers are there the trading halt will either end or it will be circumvented.

If you're still angry, why not petition the NASD or the SEC or some Congressperson or a wannabe Senator that loves being seen as a crusader to do something about the trading halt. Joe has most of his wealth tied up in DCTC, along with the rest of us. Blaming someone quarantined for the quarantine is not likely to affect the quarantine if you really want to get it lifted.

Not $.02, probably about $.0015. But better than silence.
