Ok guys ! Lets me get this clear !!! I am still no expert in Property Law (even though I study Civil Law but only completed my first year) but the judgment made by the court sounds pretty clear to me. I am not used to seeing these abbreviated judgments but the excerpt sounds awfully convincing. I quote "LAKE TROPICANA APTS Free and Clear of Liens () by ALL STAR RESORTS INC. " NOW THIS MEANS THAT MPTV CAN GET THEIR @SS MOVING ON THIS PROJECT..... THIS IS PROBABLY GOING TO BE A GAPPER IN THE A.M. I wonder where she will head. Of course, a nice PR from MPTV would be a wonderful icing on this lovely judgement.... I guess we shall wait and see!!! I will sleep well tonight!!! CK.
