You have to go by the "ask" which is 3.31 at todays close. The arbitrage is worth the risk in my opinion becauseI feel it is a done deal. I bought 6000 shs of NORT right after the announcement and have a nice profit in it irregardless of the arbitrage. Cordially, RBlatch
