Chris -- I heard an interesting story today regarding Straus and Kalkhoven. Seems they were both at Nortel and at some point along the way they each left --- one to develop active components and the other passive. Their friendship is long-standing and the merger an unusual bonding of talents. This should bode well for the transition. Pat
