GM of 69.7% is impressive.
Sales and admin. expenses 75% is not!
Revs $2.0MM, Earnings $71,500????
I have a question, no funny accounting, just basic small business book work, rounded off for ease, obviously I am missing something big here.
Sales = $2,000,000
cost of goods = 609,000
-----------
GP = 1,391,000
Sales & admin exp = 1,523,000
----------
(-132,000)
Earnings according to the filing are $71,500 ??? Looks like a $132,000 loss to me.
I have not looked at the financials, this is from the news release, what am I missing, or do I just want their bookkeeper?
I'm not saying this is not a fine company, or a good play short or long term, just looked at it quick, and got confused. |
