I might be wrong but I still think this stock will start doing much better over the 2nd half of 99

Based on what?

Everything you read below is my opinion only. It is based on some known facts but none the less is not intended as gospel but simply the observations of one man. Take it for what you feel it's worth.

I should say up front, I no longer have a position in MVEE, I bought in on a lark a year ago at .12 watched it rise to .39. Then it dropped like a rock, I hopped off in the .23 .24 area. It sank to sub single digits, where it is now. That history behind us, here is my take on the stock.

1) There is a huge number of shares in the hands of folks who simply sell at any small rise. That's why, even in light of huge volume, the stock seemingly goes no where. Good folks are pouring their hard earned bucks down the shoot, while someone or a number of folks sit on a huge pile of paper and suck those bucks right back in. Folks who put their dollars in the stock see it dropping and they bail, further escalating the downward trend :((

2) MVEE has loads of private financing, which will be paid ahead of share holders, should there be any profits. A few million bucks here and there for a "B" movie isn't going to do much in the long run for the average share holder. Everyone thinking they will make their retirement on the sale of one of these flicks is sadly mistaken.

3) Andrew Dice Clay? Give me a break. How totally politically incorrect. Anyone who think's huge profits come on this clowns back are really being sold a bill of goods. The guy is a "nobody." More of a liability then an asset. To me this goes to the companies judgement. Not good.

4) This stock attracts buyer's on it's "glamour factor" alone. Folks who think movies will make them rich. Not here, in this 4 cent stock, in the bowels of penny stock land. Dreamers heaven.....fools gold :((((

Regards
