Bertelsman (Largest Everything in Germany) is BNBN & BKS partner AOL-like network, Europe Telecoms are not regulated the same as the USA, Telecoms (and Internet copper Wire Infrastructure thereto) are not forced to SHARE BANDWIDTH with competitors like in the USA. This means US Monopoly laws (Sherman Anti-Trust, etc.,) are not always applicable to European and Latin American and rest of the world either. That means market share consolidation, monopoly, price fixing, and high profits for those monopoly like "Partnerships". Good for us, since we are in with Bertelsmann. Here in USA, BNBN (Barnes and Nobel internet) is afraid of the recent FTC threat on the Ingram deal, dropped and shake out with BKS (Barnes and Novel brick and mortar); thats why right now these companies BNBN and BKS act so much like strangers, you would never guess BNBN is the offspring of BKS (Blame the mailman again). This must change. I agree its rotten that you can not return a BNBN book purchased over the internet to a BKS brick and mortar. This will change, you ought to be able to return a BNBN book anywhere, any bick and mortar store and get either your money back, or a coupon for any other merchandise, and let that brick and mortar merchant and BNBN work out the shipping cost savings and added customer goodwill that will translate into saving that sale dollar, and generating happy customer future dollars as well. I also would thing BNBN gets a faster ISP/Node internet speed in Germany than say the USA, that is, faster priority of each data bit stream going down those Bertelsmann controled or owned wires, etc. The future is bright and will get better, its new, it needs to make these little changes, to please the customer, after all we have the money, they want it, they have books, we have money, I think the art of this deal and the transaction process itself will get better as time goes, and so will the price of the stock. Looking over most of the entire market, I think, for example, that BNBN is probably the best bargain price. (You may make more trades and money buying and selling stock as a daytrader here and there, but overall, this one I think is a great price. The IPO was $18+, its now $15-$16+, just wait until school starts up, winter, Christmas, all those book buyers, all that money trading hands, BNBN means BUY NOW BUY NOW).
