Ash, Open Text only trades on NASDAQ. At one time it was also listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, but this is no longer the case.

This may not have been that surprising a day. Extreme moves in Yahoo up or down seem to hit Open Text (also of course general market fear of speculative issues right now). Yahoo has really deflated of late.
