I realise that it's often very profitable to be a contrarian.

But isn't it pushing it a little too far to suspect that a company with the amount of cash that WFR just raised is on the verge of bankruptcy simply because it acquired some software to help it improve some of its business processes?

On that basis, every company is buying some software product every day to make some improvement somewhere in its business. Are you suggesting that I sell every company that has, is or might buy some software?

Needless to say, I strongly disagree with your stated rationale on this one.
