Chris - It is my understanding that PENC is getting a minimun of 25 million from an investment banker. Could be 100 million. In addition, TCC has brought more business to PENC and the merger is very, very close. News will be out on tuesday of next week. This is the info that was given to me. In addition, the valuation of the stock was said to be around $3.00. Unfortunately, the stock price doesnt reflect that. This sucker better hit 3.50 by summers end or my wife is gonna kill me! TCC technology focuses on narrow body aircraft (~70% of market). They better bring in those contracts!
